On 8/1/1965 I took first place at a BMC autocross held at Greater Wilmington Airport driving my silver/gray 1953 Jag XK120 coupe. I won several other events including the Jack Lofland Memorial on 5/8/1966 and several other events run by the Delaware Autosports Club. I sold the car in September or 1966 when I joined the army and went to Viet Nam.
I have no pictures of this car and am hoping that someone active with the BMC or DASC in 64/65/66 could have a picture/s that included this car. I realize this is quite a long shot but am keeping my fingers crossed.
Thanks,
Jeff Kirby
